RUTH MENESES-TAYLOR, MD

Dr. Ruth Meneses-Taylor opened Nephrology Associates in Lake County in 1989. She earned her Medical Degree and did her internship, residency, and fellowship at the University of Miami. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has an active Board Certification in Nephrology. 

GERARDO RODRIGUEZ, MD

Dr. Gerardo Rodriguez has been with Nephrology Associates since 1995. He completed his internship and residency at the Mountainside Hospital in New Jersey and his fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has an active Board Certification in Nephrology.

LEONARDO MACHADO, MD

Dr. Leonardo Machado earned his Medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Nephrology at the Allegheny General Hospital in Pennsylvania. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has an active Board Certification in Nephrology.

Dr.Leonardo P. Machado passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023.

He is survived by his beloved wife Dr. Kerry-Anne Sherie Machado and children Kendall 10 yrs., Kaelah 8 yrs., Kiara 7 yrs., and Leandro 5 yrs.

He will be fondly remembered by all that were blessed to know him.
